General Questions
Foundations is currently one brand contracting out of two locations. If you live in or near the Edmond area we have our Edmond location.

Our second location is inside Four Star Fitness in Downtown Oklahoma City.
Four Star Fitness: 911 N. Broadway Avenue Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102.
Our downtown location does require you to have a membership at the gym. Our Edmond location does not.
Our business hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.)
- Sunday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.)
Although injuries while training are rare, we take all the precautions to ensure you are safe in our care.
Yes, we are an insured company.
Our downtown Oklahoma City location does have a small shower and changing room. Our Edmond location does not.
We have 10+ years of experience working with men, women, and children ranging from the ages of 8 years old to 50 years young.
Private Sessions
We use a simple 3-step process to onboard all new clients or current clients moving to a different style of training.
- Schedule a discovery call. This call will allow us to learn more about you and your needs.
- Get a plan. Based on the information we’ll gather from the call we’ll then create the best course of action for you (either training privately, semi privately, in a group, or online.)
- Get to work. Once we pick the right plan for you there’s nothing left to do but work.
In this case, private training is right for you. Here’s how it works.
- Get our calendar. We’ll send you an invite to our calendar.
- Select Your Classes. Pick the session(s) that best work with your schedule.
- Get to work! Once everything is finalized, you’ll start your plan.
Each session is designed around your current skill level. Yes, you will be pushed past your normal limitations. However, this will be based on the current skill level of the each client.
You will never be asked to do anything outside of the scope of that level. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us.
Yourself! Many of our clients bring a refreshment of their choosing, but that’s it.
We offer two different private sessions:
- Private: 30 minute session = $30.
- Private: 60 minute session = $60.
We also have a monthly option. It comes with:
- 12 60 minute sessions
- Approved food list so you know what to eat.
- Daily macro numbers. This will tell you how much you should eat daily to reach your goal. It’s easy to understand.
We also have a semi-private session:
- Semi-private: 60 minute session = $100. Up to 4 people can come to each session.
Group Classes

- Schedule a discovery call. This call will allow us to learn more about you and your needs.
- Get a plan. Based on the information we’ll gather from the call we’ll then create the best course of action for you (either training privately, semi privately, in a group, or online.)
- Get to work. Once we pick the right plan for you there’s nothing left to do but work.
In this case, online training is right for you. Here’s how it works.
- Download our app. we’ll send you an invite to download our app to an email address you provide.
- Pick your plan. Since we have two options for online training you’ll pick the plan we discuss in the discovery call.
- Get to work! Once everything is finalized, you’ll start your plan.
You can choose between two options.
- Pay by the class: 45-60 minute class = $15
- Monthly: Unlimited 45-60 minute classes = $99

No! We have classes designed around each different skill level throughout the week. You can pick the class that best fits your skill level.

- Pick your plan. Since we have two options for online training you’ll pick the plan we discuss in the discovery call.
- Get to work! Once everything is finalized, you’ll start your plan.
You have two options:
- Monthly subscription: this option comes with 12 programs already programmed for you. Each program is designed around a specific outcome. (Ex: Peachy – Grow Bigger Glutes. Or, Sculopt – Full Body Toning.) All you have to do is start the program and follow along. This option is $19.99
- Custom: This is for people who want to workout on their own, can’t afford private personal training but still want to reach their goals, or people who aren’t in Oklahoma. Each session is custom built around your goals. You’ll have an approved food list, daily macros, and weekly check ins to ensure you stay on track. This option is $150 per month.
