Foundations is currently one brand contracting out of a gym. Our location is:

Our business hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.) 
  • Sunday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.)

Although injuries while training are rare, we take all the precautions to ensure you are safe in our care.

Yes, we are an insured company.

No. We do have restrooms where you can change outfits, but no showers.

By following the guidelines of the program. The guidelines will ensure that I see what you’re doing. If you do everything asked of you and it doesn’t work, I have failed you and you 100% DESERVE your money back.

Being sore is a part of working your muscles. However, we do have a post workout cool down designed to greatly reduce the soreness you may feel afterwards.
