Our business hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 5:00am – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.) 
  • Sunday: Open to availability. (We’re more expensive to train on the weekends.)

Although injuries while training are rare, we take all the precautions to ensure you are safe in our care.

Yes, we are an insured company.

No. We do have restrooms where you can change outfits, but no showers.

Only if you want them to be! Each session is customized around your current skill level and end goal.

From our experience, our clients enjoy having a list of foods they can eat, then creating meals they like based on the approved food list guide provided with your plan.

Being sore is a part of working your muscles. However, we do have a post workout cool down designed to greatly reduce the soreness you may feel afterwards.
