We offer two different types of private sessions:

  1. Private (1 on 1)
  2. Semi-Private (Up to 4 at one time)

Each session last no more than 60 minutes. With a mix of various different training methods, rep ranges, tempos, and styles of movement, our sessions will help you burn more fat, build quality lean muscle,(no not bodybuilder muscle. You will not get bulky unless you train for it)  and enhance your overall performance.


Our classes are what helped propel Foundations into what it is today. In fact, it's what got us featured on FOX 25 News and a nomination for trainer of the year.

With each class being under 60 minutes you'll use all 7 primal movements to burn more calories and fat than you thought you could.

The best part is we have classes for all levels so anyone can come and put in work.


As a human, you're a social creature. Humans thrive when we interact with like minded people in a community.

These interactions may seem small, but they have to power to enhance your mood, fight off depression and anxiety, and grow your network.

That's why a  few times a month we provide our clients with chances to interact with members inside of the community.

If you're having trouble meeting new people, this is a great opportunity to meet new people and expand your social circle.


Confused about what to do in the gym? Do you want to workout from home but only have a few pair of bands and dumbbells.. or no equipment at all? If so, this may be something you're interested in.

Each program all comes with an approved food list and daily macro count so you know what to eat and how much to eat to reach your goals.
